Email support@northstarworkspace.app. Include your app version and what happened. Never send passwords, verification codes, or confidential team data.

Account access

Create an account and enter the latest emailed code with New account selected. Check spam if needed. For recovery, tap Forgot password, then verify the reset code and choose a new password.

Team syncing

Tap Upload to save team changes. Refresh loads the latest shared version and discards unsaved edits. Upload before closing a workspace.

Delete your account

On the main screen, under Account, choose Delete account. The confirmation explains that your account and all teams you own will be permanently deleted for every member. Teams owned by other people remain.
